Ballot Language Is Out

Johnson County's official ballot language on the jail proposal will be up for discussion by the Johnson County Board of Supervisors this Wednesday, Aug. 5, at 9 a.m. and up for their vote this Thursday, Aug. 6, at 9 a.m.

This is our chance to speak directly about what a NO vote on Nov. 3 means for our community. Every voice counts, whether you're speaking or simply standing with us.

Here's how you can help:

If you cannot attend, but know that we can do better for safe communities than $100 million for cages, you can email the supervisors at sups@johnsoncountyiowa.gov.
